Author Instructions
General Information
Prospective authors are invited to submit their full paper in Adobe PDF document through the OpenConference submission system by 15th April 2010.
Submitted papers will undergo a double blind peer-review process. During submission to OpenConference, authors must not indicate their names and affiliations in the body of the paper submitted. Authors may only give their personal information during online submission at OpenConference.
All accepted papers will be published in the colloquium proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Selected full papers/manuscripts will be published as chapter(s) or full paper in refereed publications.
Full Paper Submission Instructions
Full paper submissions must use the IEEE Conference Paper format (download template). Submissions can be up to 4 to 6 double column pages of A4 size - single space font size 10 point minimum.
